Sugar Flowers Course - Beginners

5 weeks 2 hours per session £100

Learn basis skills to make a range of flowers and foliage suitable for wedding and birthday cakes, wiring, dusting, colouring and taping into sprays will also be covered. Pulled flowers will also be included.

Wedding Sugar Flowers Course

10 weeks 2 hours per session £150

We cover the range of skills required to produce a co-ordinating set of sugar flower arrangements for a 3 tier wedding cake. You select the flowers you want to make and we help you make them and arrange them into suitable arrangements for a wedding. This course can be attempted after the beginners Sugar Flowers course or instead of, but a minimum level of knowledge is required to be able to keep up on this course.
